This spacious ground floor flat has its own front entrance, fitted with an intercom system, entering into a large hall area allowing access to all rooms. Patio doors from living room leading on to communal garden providing areas to relax with beautiful sea views of the north Devon coast line, with a low sea wall making it not suitable for small children. A short distance from the flat there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Minutes away by car are the award winning beaches at Saunton and Woolacombe, the flat is positioned on the fringes of Exmoor National Park.

Notes on prices
Short breaks. The apartment is available all year and is booked weekly in high season from approximately May bank holiday to Mid September, and also during public holidays. However during the remainder of the year we welcome short stay breaks at our properties. Short Break bookings can start on any day of the week and are flexible and good value for money. The rental of a 3 night break is 75% of the weekly tariff for that period, 4 nights is 80% and 5 nights is 85%.
Changeover day
Saturday/Sunday Arrival at 4.30pm and departure 12.00pm

Coast/Beach
8 minute walk to the award winning Ilfracombe tunnel beaches, 5 to 10 minute drive to Hele Bay beach which offers sandy and shingle patches, rock pools, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, fishing etc. 20 to 30 minutes drive is Woolacombe, a beautiful 2 quarter mile stretch of sand with seaside shops, cafes and restaurants and water sport activities, including swimming and surfing. 20 minute drive to Croyde a wide, sheltered sandy beach and the village with cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops.
Golf
Short 5 to 10 minutes drive to Ilfracombe golf courses.
Travel
Exter international airport is 66 miles and 1 hour 36 minutes away by car. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Barnstable is a large town 16 miles and 30 minutes away, great for shopping. Combr-Martin Dinosaur and Wildlife park is 6.5 miles and 9 minutes drive, great for the kids. Watermouth castle theme park is 5 miles and 7 minutes drive away great for the kids. Exmoor Zoo 13.2 miles and 29 minutes away fun day out for all. Waters meet National trust is 18.8 miles and 39 minutes drive away, beautiful waterfalls and scenery for all the family.

North Devon has some of the most beautiful and untouched coast line with great beaches, great coastal walks - with Exmoor National Park close by, offering ramblers great variety and choice. Including water sports such as surfing and canoeing. Water skiing and sailing also offering great days out, boat trips along the coast line and Lundy Island with sea fishing trips and diving trips. As a traditional fishing port and idyllic costal town, Ilfracombe offers nights out with local bars restaurants, a theatre and cinema. Shops that offer a variety of goods with local supermarkets such as Tesco, co-op and Somerfield to meet all your food needs for eating in. The harbour has a splendid restaurant in the high street offering different cuisines including a variety of takeaways.
