Please contact the owners for weekly rates.
Short notice breaks are available where weekly bookings have not been allocated and therefore can only be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the arrival date between May and September inclusive and 4 weeks prior at all other times.
Changeover day
Usual changeover day is Saturday between 1pm and 2pm. Short breaks will be subject to negotiation.

Duvets and pillows are provided but guests need to provide their own linen and towels. The property is cleaned weekly but guests are asked to leave the property as they would wish to find it. |

We have a beach hut available for rent by separate negotiation and enquiries must be made at the time of booking as regards its availability.

Booking notes
£200 non-refundable deposit required per booking and balance of rent due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of £400 also payable which is refunded at the end of your stay subject to any breakages or losses incurred by the owners.
