Fountain Green Square is located on the bend of the Thames walkway just beyond Shad Thames and is ideally positioned for access to the various bars and restaurants Shad Thames has to offer. Easy quick access to transport via London Underground, buses or taxis. Bermondsey station (Jubilee line) and London Bridge station (Jubilee. Northern line and National Rail services) also in close proximity to the Thames river boat service.

Notes on prices
Per Night pricing is for a minimum 3 night stay. Weekly pricing is for a minimum 7 night stay. All prices are quoted in UK pounds.
For example 2011 prices would be:
A 3 night stay £387 (£129 per night). 4 nights would be 4 * £516 etc.

Changeover day
Check-in is from 2pm, but arrangements can often be made for early arrivals at no extra cost after 10:30am providing advance notice is given. Check-out is by 10am. This gives us time to clean and prepare the apartment for our next visitors.

Bedrooms: Large bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, 100% wool carpet and window that has shutters and drapes for complete privacy and light minimisation. Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet covers and pillow slips.
Bathrooms: Luxuriously appointed modern bathroom, with heated floor and towel rail. Floor to ceiling tiles with separate deep bath and glass enclosed shower cubicle. Toilet, hand basin and large mirrored bathroom cabinet. Shampoo, conditioner, soap are included.
Kitchen: Fitted modern kitchen with top of the range appliances which include grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/clothes dryer, gas hob, combo microwave/oven and separate oven.
Cooking spices, condiments, oils, tea, coffee and sugar.
Living Rooms: Double pull-out sofa bed which will comfortably sleep 2 adults. Mood lighting; Sky Satellite High Definition TV, premium entertainment package (movies, sport, children, documentaries) DVD/CD player and movie library.
Other: Other inclusions: under floor heating throughout. Cleaning materials, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer.

Cleaning, linen, towels and face towels are included. The apartment is cleaned after each stay or every 7 days. All linen and towels are changed during the clean.

Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date the rental amount received will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the rental amount received will be retained as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date 100% of the rental will be retained as a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to deduct any fees and charges incurred as a result of a cancellation after occupancy has commenced. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to events beyond our control and will refund all monies received.

Booking notes
Payment: A 10% deposit will be payable to confirm your booking. The balance owing will be due 28 days before the check-in date, OR the full amount due if the check-in date is less than 28 days away.

Payment method: A PayPal invoice will be sent to you. For registration and insurance purposes the person remitting funds via PayPal must be one of the guests staying at the apartment or other by prior arrangement.
