The apartment has recently been fully renovated and accommodation comprises reception room with access to river fronted terrace fitted kitchen, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bathroom with separate shower. Facilities include under floor heating throughout. Fountain Green Square is located on the bend of the Thames walkway just beyond Shad Thames and is ideally positioned for access to the various bars and restaurants Shad Thames has to offer. Bermondsey station (Jubilee line) and London Bridge station (Jubilee and Northern lines and National Rail services) are also within close proximity as is the Thames river boat service. Check-in is from 2pm, but arrangements can often be made for early arrivals at no extra cost, providing advance notice is given. Check-out is by 10am. This gives us time to clean and prepare the apartment for our next visitors (flexible).

If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date the rental amount received will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the amount retained as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, 100% of the rental will be retained as a cancellation fee. If we re-let the apartment for the cancelled period any retained cancellation fees will be refunded to you.
We reserve the right to deduct any fees and charges incurred as a result of a cancellation after occupancy has commenced. We have a minimum 3 night stay policy, a cleaning charge will be levied for stays less than 3 nights.
Booking notes
A 10% deposit will be payable to confirm your booking. The balance owing plus security deposit will be due 28 days before the check-in date.
