This luxury apartment is brand new, being completed in Oct 2008. Uninterrupted views to Fistral Beach, Newquay Golf Course and the Headlands Hotel will keep you enthralled for hours. A large balcony off the lounge is great for those evening drinks or lazy lunches. It is in excellent location being just 150m to the steps to one of the best surfing beach in the UK. The busy lively Newquay centre, with its great surfing atmosphere, clubs, bars and shops is only 15 minute walk away. The great coastal walk passes right in front of the apartment. Newquay Golf Course is just across the road. From the lounge and balcony you will be able to watch the golfers.

Notes on prices
Prices are base based upon 4 adults.
For either a full week or a 3 night weekend Friday To Sunday, or 4 day mid week break Monday to Thursday. Extra quests 5 to 6 and dogs will be charged at £25 each per stay. We will try to do the best deal possible for smaller parties. If you find a comparative apartment at a better price give me a call, I will try and match the cost. Call/email to get yourself a great deal. Sorry no stag/hen parties.

Note - Well behaved house trained pets welcome, by prior arrangement, a damage deposit of £50 is required.
Accessibility
This apartment is on the second floor with no lift access, so is not suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.

One private parking space is allocated, this is accessed via electronic security gates.
Coast/Beach
Fistral Beach is 150 metre walk. Bar/cafe 10 minute walk across the beach. The Cornwall coastal walk passes in front of the apartment.
Golf
Newquay Golf Course is adjacent to the apartment, the club house is a short stroll away. There are numerous great courses within a 30 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
British surf championships are held at Newquay, dependent upon surf conditions, often on Fistral Beach. Great location for walking holidays.

Newquay Airport 5 miles.
Newquay train station 1.5 miles.
Bus station 15 minute walk.
Train station - Bodmin 15 miles.
A30 duel carriageway 6 miles from apartment.

Booking notes
£200 deposit required with booking, remainder required within eight weeks of holiday. This a brand new rental property, the avaliablility calander is up to date, so the rates will be very competitive for a luxury apartment. Sorry weekend or mid week breaks not avaliable during peak weeks of school holidays or May bank holidays.
