This ground floor apartment can be approached by way of its own gravelled patio area which is for the exclusive use of this apartment with attractive views.
The apartment also benefits from its own front door and accommodates up to four adults.
The lounge is a large room with bay window overlooking the patio area. It is furnished with two large settees, coffee table, a large dining table having six chairs (a highchair is also available for a child free of charge), a television including freeview, video recorder and DVD player.
The fully fitted kitchen also has a built in electric oven, gas hob, Microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer, along with ample crockery and cutlery.
The master bedroom benefits from a King size bed, built in wardrobe and window.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a window overlooking the patio area.
The bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath includes an electric shower and glass screen.
This apartment has its own parking space.

11 Meadfoot Grange (Sleeps 4. 2 Bedrooms)

This spacious apartment is situated on the first floor its light and airy rooms give pleasant views around the grounds.
The lounge / dining room is a comfortable room with views over Meadfoot and towards the town. Attractively furnished with two settees, a dining table seating four (a high chair is also available for a child free of charge), coffee table and television including freeview, Video recorder and a DVD player.
The fully fitted kitchen has a built in electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, along with ample crockery and cutlery.
The master bedroom is a large room with duel aspect windows looking over Meadfoot and towards the town. Having a double bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and TV.
The second bedroom is a spacious room with two windows overlooking the grounds, having two single beds.
