3 Seaview Cottage is located in the small village of Long Rock - which is set between Penzance and Marazion. A quiet village which belies the fact that it nestles right on Mounts Bay and has all the joys of the beach without the hustle and bustle of Marazion village. Local amenties include 2 pubs, busy local shop and Post Office. This is our family home which we vacate for 4 weeks of the summer! You therefore get a very well equipped and comfortable home for your holiday. We are located right on the beach with direct access and have a lovely private garden for children with wooden climbing frame, swing, slide, large sandpit and 10ft trampoline with safety net. A large decked balcony has a table and seating for 6 plus rattan sofas and chairs providing a fantastic adult area on the first floor of this reverse living property. We also have parking for 3 - 4 cars.

Please note there is a £250 damage deposit required. Deposit cheque should be separate from the rental cheque and will be returned uncashed if property in original condition.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturdays - Arrival time is 2pm and Departure is a strict 10am as we have to clean intime for the next arrivals.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge has 2 large leather sofa and LCD TV with Sky and Bose Lifestyle 48 surround sound system. |
| Other: | Kitchen has large table that seats 5 for family dining. |

Bedding provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels. Property cleaned on changeover day. |
Notes on accommodation
As the house is our home we take alot of pride in making sure it is of a very high standard and very safe for children. The kitchen and lounge is on the first floor - with a child gate at top of the stairs to protect little ones. We do have a fish pond which is fenced all the way around but is also in a part of the garden that is gated.
