The apartment is located on the first floor at the back of a beautifully maintained listed building and access is through an intercom. There is an allocated parking space at the front of the building. It is surrounded by attractive planting and lawns to the front in a very nice location on a quiet road. The apartment has the original beams and is immaculately decorated. St Peters Village is a 5 minute walk and has a pub, take aways and some shops. Broadstairs and the beach is less than 5 minute drive.

Bedroom 2 with triple bunk.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc.
Kitchen: Compact kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer dryer, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and good quality kitchen equipment.
Living Rooms: The living room has a corner sofa that also converts to a double sofa bed. There is a dining table for 6, a flat screen digital TV with in built DVD.

All towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned on changeover day. All beds have duvets and pillows provided.

 

Notes on accommodation
This accommodation would suit both families and couples. There is a flight of stairs to climb to get to the apartment and the building does not have a lift. It is a well kept and beautifully furnished apartment.

Outside
The gardens outside are shared with other residents and are very peaceful to sit in. Ball games are not allowed.

Coast/Beach
Broadstairs is surrounded by 7 magnificent sandy beaches suitable for all water activities. Joss and Botany Bay have just been voted as some of the best beaches in England and are a 5 minute drive. Viking Bay has good facilities, lots of restaurants and a great children's area with trampolines on the beach. Throughout the summer season there is a Punch and Judy show.

Golf
North Foreland is 2 miles away, a beautiful 18 hole course with stunning sea views.

Skiing
Chatham dry ski slope is a well equipped centre with excellent facilities and is a 45 minute drive.

Travel
Manston Airport is a 20 minute drive and provides connections to international destinations.

Distances
Broadstairs is by far the best of the Kent coastal towns. It has a Dickensian charm with Dickens House (David Copperfield) and Bleak House to visit. It has great pubs like the Neptune Hall mentioned in the good beer guide and excellent restaurants (Italian, Thai, Indian, etc). There are seven magnificent sandy beaches which are safe and suitable for all sorts of water sports.
