The accommodation is over three floors, with bathroom and shower room on the first floor together with 2 double bedrooms. There are 2 further bedrooms on the top floor. Whilst in Swanage a car is not necessary as all local amenities are within close walking distance.

To the rear of the Cottage is a courtyard garden with table and chairs and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The cottage is located within a few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach.
Golf
There is a large 18 hole golf course at Studland and a Pitch and Putt at Kirkwood Park, Swanage.
Special interest holidays
The area around Swanage and the Purbecks is an ideal location for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing. It is also ideal for fishing, there is beach and pier fishing as well as boat trips and mackerel trips. Swanage and Studland bay are very popular for all watersports. Swanage bay is very busy with boats ranging from jet-skis to Sunseekers. Once every year at the end of July Swanage comes alive as the carnival comes to town and is also a host to a wide variety of festivals throughout the year.
