Mulberry sits in a beautiful private estate comprising meadows, woodland and the lake and is home to a variety of wildlife, flora and fauna – badgers, deer, foxes, rabbits, birds and bluebells, to name just a few as well as many, many species of birds. You can enjoy many facilities which include: heated indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, fishing lake, fitness room, table tennis, snooker, childrens walled garden with play equipment, and adventure play equipment in one of the woods.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Split weeks - divide weekly rental by seven and multiply by the number of nights you wish to stay and then add £70 to the total.
Prices between January & March are available on request. they range from £358-£370 per week. Short breaks are popular.

We try to be flexible but in high season we have a Saturday changeover day.

Bedrooms: The double bedroom gives plenty of light from the double aspect windows. The second bedroom has two 3ft single beds. Both overlook trees where you can spot many birds. Both have plenty of storage.
Bathrooms: Relax in the limestone bathroom, enjoy our natural toiletries and dry off with fluffy cotton bath sheets. There are two basins, shower, bath, toilet and heated towel rail to keep you and your towels warm and snug.
Kitchen: Fitted in maple, natural stone mosaic tiles on the walls, limestone floor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Also fantastically equipped with smaller items.
Living Rooms: Comfortable leather sofas, soft throws, footstool, flatscreen TV, DVD, video, CD/Radio, selection of DVDs, videos and CDs, numerous games and books. Lovely soft furnishings throughout, loads of personal touches.

Don’t worry about bringing swimming and bath towels, kitchen linen or sheets, it is all provided. If you would like a mid week or daily clean we can organise it.

Coast/Beach
Mulberry is about 15 minutes drive to Bigbury Beach and Burgh Island which is great for swimming, sunbathing, rockpooling, surfing etc
Bantam and Thurlestone are also great sandy beaches brilliant for watersports and family days.
Dartmouth is around 25 minutes away and is good for crabbing on the harbour.

Golf
There are numerous golf courses locally and as guests of Colmer you would be entitled to a 25% discount on green fees and all health and leisure facilities at the Dartmouth Country Club.

Travel
We are around 20 minutes from Plymouth.
If you would like us to arrange a car we can do this for you.

Distances
Stunning Dartmoor National Park is a little further afield as is The Eden Project. Totnes, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Salcombe all offer fabulous shopping, farmers markets, antique shops, a far cry from the average chain store High Street. Eating out in the area is a delight if you are lover of good food. For special occasions there is The New Angel, John Burton-Race’s new Michelin starred restaurant on Dartmouth’s harbour side.

Further details
Modbury, a quaint village, is 5 minutes drive away and has a supermarket, PO, deli, bakers, butchers, pubs and restaurants.
Three minutes walk from Mulberry you will find a traditional pub serving high quality food and a petrol sation which has a good supermarket shop.
Kingsbridge is 20 minutes drive and has good shopping and the harbour.
Dartmouth has fabulous, individual shops, resturants and the harbour front which is always active.

If you would like to book our home please phone in the first instance. We would then need a completed booking form and a 30% deposit.
The balance and security deposit of £50 are then required 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
