To the rear and part of Crabadon Manor is where Lily Pond Cottage (a cosy cottage for 2 adults + 1 (or 2 small children) is located. There is a hand crafted open-tread oak staircase to first floor: large beamed living room with sofa-bed (for +2), wooden floor and stable door to garden. Shower room/wc. Outside both the Cottage and Crabadon Manor are surrounded by ample woodlands and farmlands, with the grounds graced by wisteria, a lily pond, and fruit trees in a terraced, natural garden with superb views over open countryside beyond. Location and Local Facilities: 4 miles to Totnes. 5 miles to Slapton Sands and Kingsbridge.

Changeover day
Arrival can be arranged with the Housekeeper to be around 4pm on a Saturday and Vacation should be by 10am also on the Saturday.
