There is a large summer house furnished with sofas, TV etc. Less than 10 mins walk to 2 stations and just 9 mins to central London or 40 mins from Gatwick airport by train. Also 10 mins walk to a variety of restaurants, art gallery, park, pubs, boutiques. East Dulwich or Clapham with their lively bars and pubs, perfect for a good night out, are within easy distance too. There is free parking on the street outside the house.

Accessibility
This property is probably not suitable for people with mobility problems as all the bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs.

Large private sunny garden to rear. It's a lovely garden which gets the sun all day. There is a patio area near to the house and a large summerhouse with a decked terraceto the far end of the garden.

The summerhouse is equipped with TV, sofas, power and lighting. Great for chilling out after a BBQ. BBQ and garden furniture is provided.

There is also free parking on the street in front of the house and a small front garden

It's on a very peaceful leafy street and combines a real sense of peace and quiet (you can even hear the birds singing as there's so many trees here!) and also the convenience of being able to get into central London in just over 10 minutes or walk to fantastic local pubs / restaurants / boutiques in 10 mins.

Coast/Beach
1hr 10 mins direct by train to Brighton - top victorian seaside town. Or approx 1.5hrs by car.
Accessible to many other coastal towns.

Travel
40 mins by train to Gatwick airport.1hr to Luton airport by train.
10 mins walk to Herne Hill station (11 mins to London Victoria)
5-6 mins walk to North Dulwich station (14 mins to London
Bridge).
Car not needed but there is free parking on the street
Within 1-2 hours is Roman Spa town of Bath, New Forest National Park with its wild ponies & deer, & lots more!
