Very spacious accommodation in an outstanding location overlooking Youngs Park, with its conservation area and duck ponds, leading to the seafront. 100 metres from the beach, 10 minutes walk to Paignton harbour and town centre, beautiful scenic cliff walks nearby. Many attractions close by including Quay West water park, leisure centre, cinema, pubs, restaurants etc all within walking distance, but far enough away to make this a peaceful, relaxing, "oasis of calm" as one of our guests recently described Arden House.
