This is our much loved 'bolt hole' in beautiful Salcombe. We have furnished it as our own and have just had it completely redecorated and the gardens lanscaped, so is very much a 'home from home' rather than a typical holiday let. A peaceful, ten minute meander away from the heart of it all means that; whilst being close enough to Fore Street, this flat also offers lots of outside space, perfect for BBQs/romantic getaways/families. It is a really comfortable, really peaceful little pad. One generously large double bedroom, space enough for a cot (not provided) or the single inflatable bed (provided). The lounge has a sofa-bed, French doors which lead into a pebbled courtyard. Perfect for BBQs. Salcombe is a famous resort and sailing centre. It is the Southernmost town in the South Hams: an area of unspoilt natural beauty, so rich and varied, there is always something new to discover. Salcombe is surrounded by tranquil countryside with a magnificent scenic coastline.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday so we would ask people to vacate no later than 10am and arrive no earlier than 2pm so we have time to service the apartment. We are very flexible on how long or short you want to stay so please contact us to check.

Bedrooms: Largest room in the flat it comprises of a 'furniture village' suite, king size bed, double wardrobe, bedside lockers & LCD TV. Duvet and pillows provided. Window overlooks courtyard garden. Space for a travel cot or single inflatable bed (both provided).
Bathrooms: Newly renovated, heated towel rail, electric Mira shower over bath, glass screen. Separate wc and corner basin. Tiled floor. Double glazing. Two large mirrors.
Kitchen: Newly fitted. Modern electric oven, halogen hob. Fridge with ice-box. New washing machine. Breakfast bar with two stools. Well equipped. Toaster, kettle, microwave, radio/CD player everything you would need. Enough crockery/cutlery/glassware for 6 people.
Utility Room: No utility room as such, but there is a handy porch, this is where the ironing board/iron/garden furniture etc is stored. Very useful for dumping shoes/wellies.
Living Rooms: The lounge is very comfortable. Comprises of new 2 seater sofa, double brown leather sofa-bed, side table with lamp, coffee table, 32" LCD TV with free-view and DVD Player. Tastefully decorated. French doors out to private courtyard. Light, fresh.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
We ask all our guests to bring their own bed linen and towels. We provide 2 x king size duvets and 4 x pillows. Please note - if you require a single duvet, you must bring this yourself. We also can provide bed linen for £35.00/stay.

Notes on accommodation
There is a very efficient gas heating system. Worcester combi boiler heats up very quickly.

Outside
The front garden was re turfed and lanscaped in Feb 2010 and looks wonderful, it is lawned and enclosed. To the back, there is a rectangular pebbled courtyard, ideal for BBQs.

Coast/Beach
The town is a 10 minute walk and from there, you are by the sea.

Further details
Local outdoor heated swimming pool 2 minutes walk away. The Spar is nearest shop, 2 minutes walk.

Booking notes
Please contact via email. A 30% deposit is required initially and then the balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival. A £50 damages deposit cheque is also required and will be ripped up if all in satisfactory condition.
