The cottages have been built to a very high standard and have under-floor heating powered by a ground source heat pump. Outside large patio areas and lawns provide space for barbeques and relaxing whilst taking in the superb views. 3 miles from the attractive market town of Petersfield. Easy access to the historic Cities of Portsmouth Chichester and Winchester and 1 hour by train to London from Petersfield. Wonderful for walking and cycling.

Millams Cottage (Sleeps 4. 2 Bedrooms)

Most of this cottage is new build but sympathetically constructed to blend with Crim Cottage. Single storey, entrance into hall giving access to all rooms. Master bedroom has a 5' bed, ample wardrobe, dressing table (with drawers to the floor) and bedside tables, en-suite wet room with toilet and hand basin. Second bedroom has twin 3' beds, wardrobe and dressing table and is next to separate bathroom with shower in bath toilet and hand basin. Large kitchen/diner includes, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and has granite worktops, table and seating for 4, French doors to patio. Living room is a well proportioned room with French doors to patio, wood burner, 42" TV, ample seating for 4, coffee table and sideboard. The master bedroom, kitchen and living room all have stunning views of the surrounding countryside. |

Notes on accommodation
Both cottages have under-floor heating from a ground source heat pump. Highchair can be provided for children. We do not accept pets.

Both cottages have a patio area with barbeques available. Table and seating for 4. Ample parking for 4 cars.

Nearest airport is Eastleigh (Souhampton) 45 minutes away, Gatwick 1-1.30 hours. Market town of Petersfield 3 miles and on mainline train service from London to Portsmouth Harbour. The Channel Port of Portsmouth is 15 miles away.
Distances
Market Town of Petersfield 3 miles, ancient village East Meon with local pubs, church and shop 1.5 miles. Butser Hill and Queen Elizabeth Country Park 1 mile. Historic Cities of Portsmouth Chichester and Winchester all within 45 minutes by car. Also easy access for Goodwood near Chichester with its horse and car racing. 1-1.25 hours to London by train.
Further details
Lots of Pubs, restaurants and coffee shops in Petersfield, together with a Waitrose, Marks & Spencer and Tesco Supermarkets, banks and lots of small shops. Petersfield has an open air swimming pool open during the summer months and a leisure centre with pool open all year round. Also a boating lake (boats summer only) on the local heath which has a great play area for children.
Village of Stroud 1 mile away with large pub/restaurant. Village of East Meon also approx 1 mile away with 2 pub/restaurants. A little further on is the village of West Meon where the Thomas Lord pub provides very good food.
