Changeover day
Saturday. Can be more flexible in low season. Available at 4pm, depart by 10am.

The Stable (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)

The living area has comfy sofas, colour TV with DVD player, dining table and chairs, well equipped kitchen with full size electric cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave. Upstairs the double bedroom has a stylish four-poster bed and a separate shower room with wc. The furniture is traditional pine. The heating is by night storage heaters. There is a shared washing machine in a building near the cottages. Outside there is a shared garden with patio furniture for each cottage.

The Shippen (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

The living area has comfy sofas, colour TV with VCR & DVD players, dining table and chairs, well equipped kitchen with full size electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Upstairs there is a double and a twin bedroom. The double bedroom (this is accessed through the twin bedroom) has an en suite shower room with wc. There is a separate shower room with wc for the twin bedroom. The furniture is in traditional pine. Both bedroom have balconies which overlook the gardens. The heating is by night storage heaters. There is a shared washing machine in a building near the cottages. Outside there is a shared garden with patio furniture for each cottage.

The Granary (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

This cottage is all on 1 level. The living area has comfy sofas, colour TV with DVD player, dining table and chairs, well equipped kitchen with full size electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living room has the benefit of a balcony to enjoy the views from. To one side of the living room is the double bedroom and the shower room with wc, to the other side is the twin bedroom. The furniture is in traditional pine. The heating is by night storage heaters. There is a shared washing machine in a building near the cottages. There is an area for parking and with patio furniture at the rear of the cottage.

The Dairy (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)

This cottage is all on 1 level. The living room has comfy sofas, colour TV with VCR & DVD players, dining room table and chairs, well equipped kitchen with full size electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living room opens out onto a patio with garden furniture and views over the farm. To one side of the living room is the twin bedroom with en suite shower room with wc, on the other side is the double bedroom and the third bedroom which has full size bunk beds, along with a family bathroom which has a bath with shower over and wc. The furniture is in traditional pine. The heating is by night storage heaters. There is a shared washing machine in a building near the cottages.

Notes on accommodation
The stable can accommodate a cot for a baby but is not suitable for toddlers due to the stairs. The other cottages are all suitable for children.
We accept dogs in some of the cottages at an additional charge, (not The Granary) by prior arrangement but they must not be left unattended in the cottages.
Bed linen included.
Cots and high chairs can be supplied by prior arrangement.

Accessibility
The Granary and The Dairy are both on a single level with no stairs

Outside
The cottages have shared gardens with patio furniture overlooking the farm and River Tiddy. The farm is open for visitors to explore with marked walks to enjoy the best features.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches of Looe, Seaton and Whitsand Bay are all about 10 miles away.

Exeter airport 45 miles.
Plymouth airport, rail station or ferry 10 miles.
National Express coach stop 1.5 miles.
Car recommended.

Distances
Landrake with its pub, shop/PO 1.5 miles.
Saltash 4 miles.
Liskeard 10 miles.
Plymouth 10 miles.

Further details
The Bullers Arms in Landrake serves good pub meals. There is a village shop/PO.
A supermarket and banks along with other shops can be found in Saltash or Liskeard.

Booking notes
Deposit of £100 required at time of booking with the balance due a month before the holiday. Payment can be made in GBP or Euros.
Short breaks (November - Easter) subject to availability. (exc Xmas and New Year).
