A delightful double storey cottage with exposed beams and open fire. The delightful airy living room, which leads into the well equipped kitchen, has French windows opening onto a pebbled courtyard. A wide spiral courtyard leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and the third with bunk beds. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Outside there is a sunny courtyard with seating and ample safe parking.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday however we are flexible so please ask. Arrival time is after 3.00pm and departure before 10.00am.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, wash basin, airing cupboard with washing machine. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board. Tumble dryer and rotary dryer available on site. |
| Living Rooms: | The living/dining room has a TV (with Sky feed), DVD players, video recorders and CD Players. WiFi connection. |
| Other: | Two bedrooms have radio alarms and all bedrooms have ample storage fro longer lets. Telephone point in hallway. Cot, high chairs and stairgate available. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |

Accessibility
Bradwall Cottage would not be suitable for a wheelchair user to stay however a disabled day visitor can access the cottage through the French window.
Outside
The pretty sunny courtyard is suitable for children and adults and the cottage overlooks our new landscaped garden where there is a stream and pond. Guests are welcome to walk in the garden by arrangement.
Travel
Birmingham Airport is approximately 45 minutes away and it takes approximately two and a half hours to drive from the channel port of Portsmouth. The use of a car is essential.
Distances
East Haddon has a gourmet pub. Long Buckby, 3 miles, has supermarkets and restaurants. Northampton, 7 miles, has a wide range of facilities. Althorp, 2 miles, family home and resting place of Princess Diana. Within 10 miles are historic houses and gardens - Holdenby House, Coton Manor, Cottesbrooke Hall and Lamport Hall. London is reached by rail from Northampton or Long Buckby and our central location makes it easy to visit Oxford, Cambridge, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds.
Further details
The many stone and thatch villages have a wealth of excellent pubs/restaurants and also beautiful and historic churches including All Saints Brixworth (5 miles) built in 680AD.
East Haddon itself has a wonderful stone church and horse riding is available in the village. A marked walk across the fields to Ravensthorpe Reservoir passes by the cottage. There are a number of local reservoirs for fishing and sailing as well as excellent golf courses.
Booking notes
Booking is on completion of our booking form and receipt of a £100 deposit per week or per part week. The remainder of the rental is due for payment four weeks before arrival.

Bradwall Cottage really is a home from home - warm, clean and so comfortable.
Mike and Maggie are excellent hosts.
Your attention to detail is much appreciated right down to the sweets by the beds!
