Balcony and small garden in front, overlooking Youngs Park and little sea views. Grassed garden, wooden terrace, outside furniture, wash line, table tennis. Youngs Park is a protected conservation area, it is a beautiful park with a large duck pond and children's boating lake. The park leads to the sea. Our house is a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach and 3 minute to Quaywest water park. 15 minute beautiful cliff walk to Paignton harbour and 5-10 min to town center. Public transport available from Youngs Park. Many local attractions, including steam train to Dartmouth. 5 min walk to leisure centre with indoor swimming pool. Beautiful coastal walks, cinema, mini golf etc...

We have a lovely cat, that comes with the house. His name is ali and is very friendly and independent. He has dry food in the morning and uses the cat flap.
