This well appointed timber lodge is set in superb countryside and enjoys all the benefits of Finlake Holiday Park, in the heart of South Devon. Devon boasts miles of beautiful coastline and close to Finlake is the area known as the English Riviera. The coastal towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham are all within easy reach. The private hot tub area is a real feature of this lodge. Leisure facilities include, outdoor pool with slide, tennis courts, adventure playground, golf course, coarse fishing lakes, picnic areas, woodland walks. Heated leisure pool, fitness centre, gym, sauna and steam room, beauty and treatment centre, fantasy spray tanning. Relaxing bar and the fully licensed restaurant. A takeaway service is also available if you prefer to eat in the comfort of your own accommodation.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player and set top box, dining area with 4 chairs. Double doors open onto decking. Very comfortable 3 seater sofa and seperate chair. |
| Other: | Bedroom 1 also has the added benefit of a walk in dressing room fitted with dressing table, mirror and light. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
White cotton bedlinen is included and beds will be made up for your arrival, however towels are not included yet these can be hired at extra cost. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and extra cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Check in time 4pm. We do ask that you vacate your lodge by 10am on departure day. Cots and highchairs available for hire £12. Welcome packs can be arranged as well as champagne and flower bouquets.

Outside
There is a generous deck area surrounding the lodge. Access is via 4 steps and a gate from the hard standing parking area (for 1 car) on the deck you will find a metal and wood table with 4 chairs and umbrella, 2 reclining chairs with small table on the hot tub side and a small BBQ. The hot tub area is very private and has bamboo screening to one side. The hot tub has a safety bar covering it so small children are unable to lift the cover.

Beaches are within a 20 min drive.
Travel
Exeter airport 20 mins by car. Newton Abbot 5 miles.

Selection of great days out all within easy reach of Finlake Castle Drogo, miniature pony centre, Plymouth Barbican and Hoe, Dartmoor, Torquay, Paignton Zoo, Creally Adventure Park, Dartington Crystal, Living Coasts, Canonteign Falls.

20% deposit required with full balance payable 8 weeks before. Prices shown are for Sat - Sun, other dates can be accommodated, please email for prices. Short breaks can also be arranged Fri - Mon or Mon - Fri.
