The End Barn (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

This converted 2 storey barn, an upside down design has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Double bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other two have singles. The bathroom has a bath with a standing shower with glass screen. First floor is open planned with a well equipped kitchen having a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fully integrated dishwasher & fridge/freezer. Dining table, two leather sofas, TV, DVD & stereo. Views looking over Bodmin town.

The Tractor Shed (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

This converted single story barn will sleep 4, with 2 bedrooms with twin and a kingsize beds. An open plan well equipped Kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven & microwave, also a fully integrated dishwasher & fridge/freezer, blending to the lounge with 2 leather sofas, dining table, TV, DVD & stereo. Bathroom has a bath with a standing shower with a glass screen.

The Stable (1 Bedrooms, Sleeps 2)
|
This small but comfortable converted barn, will sleep 2 in a double bed. The well equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven & microwave, also fully integrated dishwasher & fridge/freezer. The lounge has a leather sofa and chair, dining table, TV, DVD & stereo. The bathroom has a bath with a hand held shower hose.

Notes on accommodation
All the barns are underfloor heated, with gas and electricity included. All towels and linen are included. A shared laundry room includes washing machine and tumble dryer and Hoover. Irons, ironing boards cleaning materials are in each barns, along with a hairdryers. Travel cot and highchair also available. Sorry no pets.
Accessibility
Although two of our properties are on one level, there are steps to enter the buildings are not recommended for wheelchair users.
Outside
The shared garden area has a garden table, bbq, climbing frame and trampoline, with a safe area for children to play. We have off road parking.
Coast/Beach
The barns are just 15 minutes from either coast. On Cornwall's rugged north coast; Polzeath and Rock are the nearest and most popular beaches. Further down, but only about 20mins away, Trevone, Harlyn and Constantine offers miles of golden Sands. Then you have a choice of Watergate Bay, Newquay's five beaches and the dunes of Crantock. Not forgetting the resorts of Port Isaac and Padstow - home of Rick Stein's restaurant.
Golf
Lanhydrock 18- hole golf course is a only a 5 minute drive away. Lostwithiel 18-hole golf course is a 15 minute drive.
Travel
Newquay is our nearest airport approx 30min drive. Bodmin Parkway train station is a 10min drive. A car is highly recommended to get the best from your stay in Cornwall.
Distances
Bodmin town center only a few minutes walk, Wadebridge a 10min drive or can be cycled/walked via the Camel Trail. Truro 30min drive, Falmouth 40min drive, Plymouth 50min drive. Eden Project 15mins drive, Lost Gardens of Heligan 20mins drive.
Further details
Bodmin has 3 supermarkets. The town center offers banks, post office, pharmacies, shops cafes, restaurants and takeaways, which are only a few minutes walk away. A few minutes drive to The Dragon Leisure center offers 25mtr pool, tennis/squash courts, gym and holiday time activities for children. Get close to nature at Cardinham Woods, for great walks and a bite to eat at the Woodland Cafe. There are several bike to hire shops in Bodmin, and not to forget Bodmin and Wenford Railway.
