With the beach literally on your door step and many facilities and amenities close by, including Newquay centre, the accommodation is ideal for a break of the highest quality. This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as an allocated car parking space.

Kitchen: The well appointed kitchen is open plan ensuring that guests are together on holiday. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster and all glassware, crockery and cutlery.
Living Rooms: The apartment has a comfy modern feel with dining table and chairs for 4, 2 leather sofas and cushions with matching occasional furniture. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with Sky, DVD player, C.D player, books, DVD's, games and magazines.

Accessibility
There are 2 steps into the property at the front from then on all access is ground level.

Outside
At the front of the property you will find a picnic table and chairs overlooking the beach for exclusive use of guests at Seashore. Parking space for one car.

Coast/Beach
Porth beach is on your doorstep and can be accessed from the apartment without crossing a road. The beach is gentle and sheltered and hence ideal for families with young children. The coastal path runs by Seashore and takes you to some of the best surfing beaches in England along with a host of bars and restaurants including Jamie Olivers 15 in Watergate Bay.

Travel
A car is recommended but not essential as we are close to Newquay Airport and Newquay Rail Station.

Distances
The beach and a cafe are on your doorstep. Across the beach is the Mermaid pub serving hearty food for lunch and dinner. The nearest grocery store is Porth Stores across the beach, whilst the nearest supermarket (Morrissons) is 2 miles away. Fine dining is available in Newquay (1 mile) and Watergate Bay (2 miles).

About the owner
I am married to Emma and have two young daughters, Charlotte and Lauren, who both love playing on Porth Beach. We moved permanently to Newquay 3 years ago when I retrained as an Early Years Teacher and we now have a Children's Day Nursery which we run from our family home. Our family home is a 5 minute walk from our apartment in Porth so we are always on hand should we be needed. Not that we are, except for when recommending a good restaurant, theme park or tourist attraction in the local area.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We were starting a family when we bought the property and I loved the fact that there are no roads to cross to get to the Beach. You hear of places that are "Beach - Front" and can never be quite sure until you see them yourself. But rest assured ours has direct access to the Beach without crossing any roads. 1 guest said they managed it in 11 seconds, from door to sand. It's also close enough to Newquay to enjoy the shops and the town but far enough away to not be bothered by the nightlife. I also love the fact that you can walk to the local pub in 5 minutes... and its a walk across the Beach, where good food and a pint of Doombar await.
