Set in the grounds of a pretty 16th century manor estate, the Old Manor, which houses the Manor Bar, restaurant and heated pool overlooked by a delightful garden room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a snack. A new health and beauty spa using Elemis and a 9 hole par 4 golf course opened in 2006. A leisure complex with indoor pool, sauna, solarium, fitness centre and cafe/bar was completed in 2006. Atlantic Reach also offers an ideal base for touring the lovely scenery ideal for walks and abundant attractions of the Cornish peninsula. A host of fascinating places wait to be explored and the area boasts many friendly local inns and excellent restaurants. Now in our second season.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Long weekends and 4 day breaks will be considered, excluding school/bank holidays.
Booking deposit of 25% of rental cost, which will be non-refunded. The balance of rental payable 6 weeks before start date of holiday. 10% Discount for 2nd holiday booked in 2008/9.
Sorry No Pets and No smoking inside the house.

Kitchen units have been moved to allow for wider access and the downstairs bathroom adapted as a wet room with support bars.
Outside
A seating area where you can have your own barbeque. There is a new leisure complex with indoor pool, plus an outdoor pool on the site. A new 9 hole golf course (basic)opened last year (2006) and there are 2 new tennis courts also.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to the beaches of Newquay - 15 minutes drive to Watergate Bay.

Special interest holidays
Newquay 10 minutes away - lots of lovely Cornish walks along the coastal path - only 20-25 minutes drive to the Eden Project and close to many National Trust Gardens/houses.
Only 7 miles to Watergate Bay and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen also the fabulous Padstow Harbour nearby with Rick Stein's cookery school, deli and restaurant. The artists paradise of St Ives. An excellent central location for singles, couples and families to be as active or relaxing as they like!

Newquay airport within 10 minutes drive.
Distances
Newquay 10 minutes drive away. Eden Project 20-25 mins drive. Many National Trust Gardens/houses. Only 7 miles to Watergate Bay and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen.

On-site restaurant which offers a varied bistro style menu with childrens options. Kingsley Village shopping center, all under one roof from local fish, meat, vegtables to surf wear, cafe, Art Gallery and much more, 5 min drive. Truro 20-30 min drive.
