Set in a residential area of Carbis Bay, Chy An Mor, within easy walking distance of St. Ives and the golden sands of Carbis Bay. Short steep drive leads up to the house, with steps up to the entrance, and as soon as you cross the threshold, you know that the contemporary styled home-from-home will be a sumptuous retreat. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The sitting room is furnished with a modern corner suite to ensure the utmost comfort and encompasses a large window, with views stretching past Godrevy Lighthouse, up towards Padstow. Patio doors lead from the well equipped kitchen/dining room to the enclosed terraced garden complete with raised sun decks and additional sea glimpses. Up an open-tread wooden staircase, the spacious master bedroom is luxurious, as is the twin bedroom which boasts a little sitting area complete with a television. 1 main bathroom and 2 en-suite shower rooms.

Short breaks are bookable for a minimum stay of 3 nights and are worked out as follows:
3 days - 70% of the weekly price,
4 days - 75% of the weekly price,
5 days - 80% of the weekly price,
6 days - 90% of the weekly price.

Sunday for weekly bookings. Short breaks any day subject to availability. Arrive/depart Sunday.

Porthmeor, St. Ives - large sandy beach where good surf conditions prevail frequently.
Porthkidney Sands, Lelant - 3 miles of sandy beach with sand dunes behind. Swim between the flags.

West Cornwall Golf Club, Lelant 1.5 miles (18 hole links course).
Tregenna Castle, St. Ives 0.5 miles (14 hole sub-tropical parkland).
