Ideal for a quiet, get-away break or a beach holiday. Very quiet, secluded location, surrounded by National Trust land, yet close to many of Cornwall's attractions. Two minutes on foot to wonderful walks on the coast path or up the wooded valley. Three minutes walk to the beautiful, long, unspoilt, sandy beach with rock-pools at both ends. Half an hour by car from Eden Project. 20 mins to St Mawes and ferry to Falmouth (shops and National Maritime Museum). 20 mins to Lost Gardens of Heligan and on to Mevagissey (mackerel fishing etc). Sailing and horse riding locally. 30 mins to cathedral, cinema, theatre and good shopping in Truro. 40 mins to Rick Stein's restaurant at Padstow or to Jamie Oliver's '15' near Newquay. Within easy reach; lots of good pubs with food, several golf courses, attractions for younger children (eg Crealy Adventure Park, Flambards), National Seal Sanctuary and lots more.

Oil-fired central heating. Open fire. Pets by arrangement only please. Upstairs not included, but unoccupied during your stay.
Accessibility
Accommodation all on one level, but accessed via steep garden path and step up to door makes it difficult for wheelchair users.

Sunny patio with lovely sea views, patio furniture. Private and secluded garden with two areas of lawn (small children may need supervision in some parts of the garden).
Coast/Beach
Three minutes walk to the beautiful, long, unspoilt, sandy beach with rock-pools at both ends.
Golf
Golf within 30 mins drive at St. Austell, Carlyon Bay, Porthpean.
Travel
Car essential. Newquay airport 40 mins by car. Truro and St. Austell rail, both approx 30 mins.
Distances
One mile to nearest village, Veryan, famous 'round houses', pub, shop, church. By car: Eden Project 30 mins, St Mawes and ferry to Falmouth 20 mins (shops and National Maritime Museum).
