The building is an imposing former vicarage for the first and last parish in England. It is constructed out of local granite and can give accommodation for 2-11 people. There are four double bedrooms (one with four poster bed), one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. Three of the bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a conservatory with beautiful views, dining room, kitchen (with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), study (with Wi-Fi connection), sitting room and drawing room. There is also a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer and a porch area for surfboards, wetsuits and buckets and spades. Cot and highchair available on request. Mature gardens of half an acre with summerhouse and water features. Off street parking for four cars.

Stone walled garden of approximately 0.5 acre divided into a series of "rooms". Summerhouse with deckchairs. Water features (please take care with young children). Large gravelled area with parking for 4 cars.
Coast/Beach
Whitesand Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall and forms part of the South West coastal path which goes from The Lizard to St Ives. It is very popular with families, walkers and surfers. 5 minute drive to the beach from the property or a 15-20 minute walk across fields on a public footpath.
There are also numerous other varied and charming coves and beaches within easy driving distance of the property e.g. Porthcurno, Porthgwarra, Marazion and St Ives.
Golf
The nearest golf course is in St Just (approx 15 minutes drive).
Travel
Penzance mainline station (direct links to London Paddington) and Heliport - 8 miles.
Small airport near St Just (grass runway) for scenic flights and a scheduled service to the Isles of Scilly.
Newquay airport is approximately 1 hour away by car.
Use of car is highly recommended.

Nearest town is St Just (approx 4 miles). Nearest main town is Penzance (all amenities).
Local attractions include beautiful beaches and coastal walks, St Michael's Mount, the picturesque fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn, St Ives for the Tate Modern and numerous galleries, several gardens (some National Trust) and historic tin and gold mining attractions. Further afield visit the Roseland peninsula and the Eden Project.
