Close to town centre. 10 minutes walk to Brixham Quay, where boat trips can be taken, or fishing from the breakwater. Fishing trips can be booked on the quay, as can the ferry to Torquay. Approx 10 minutes drive from Broadsands Beach which is a lovely sandy and safe beach for children to play and swim. (Spotted dolphins in the bay last year). 10 mins to golf course. Travel cot, high chair and stairgates available.

Changeover day
Changeover day is on Saturday, and we would request that guests arrive no earlier than 2pm and vacate the property by 10am when departing, to allow for cleaning and changeover etc.

Accessibility
The cottage has a large patio at the front with seating, however, may be difficult for wheelchair users as there are 3 steps leading up to patio. Bathroom is situated on first floor.

Large patio area to front of cottage, with table and umbrella in summer for alfresco dining.
Coast/Beach

Nearest airport is Exeter, which is about 30 minutes drive.
Distances
Torquay, Dartmouth and Paignton all a short drive away. Dartmouth can be reached by ferry, or take the Paignton steam train.
