The lounge/dining area in this cottage is very spacious and light. The view from the engine house looks out into the wonderful large garden. The garden is perfect for al fresco dining or BBQs. There are 2 bedrooms, a king size bed and a twin (or another king) The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. The bathroom has a modern shower unit.

 

Check availability The Grain Store (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)
The grain store has a lovely open plan lounge/kitchen dining area. This cottage is also very light and had has wonderful views out of the French doors into its own private courtyard and gardens beyond.
Again this unit has 2 bedrooms, a king and a bunkbed. This unit also has a sofabed in the lounge for a further 2 guests.
A modern fully fitted kitchen. A modern bathroom with shower.

 

Notes on accommodation
Internet access available.
We welcome children, a highchair and travel cot are available on request. Both units have TV and heating. All linen supplied.
We also welcome dogs, but we ask for a small fee of £20 per dog per week payable with the deposit.
East Portholland beach is a dog friendly beach.

Outside
Large shared garden. The Grain Store has its own private courtyard with picnic bench and sun loungers.
The Grain Store also has its own picnic area with table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to East Portholland beach or 20 minute walk to Caerhays beach.

Special interest holidays
Perfect location for coastal path walking and general walking and cycling. Close to the Roseland Peninsula.
The conversions are just a 10 minutes walk from the picturesque village of East Portholland and its lovely sandy tidal beach. A popular beach for families. During the summer season there is a beach kiosk for light refreshments and canoe hire. The beach is also a popular fishing spot.

Travel
Nearest airport is Newquay. Nearest train stations are St Austell and Truro.

Distances
The 'Eden Project' is just a 25 minute drive away. The 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' is just a 10 minute drive away.
Truro is 12 miles away.
Tregony is 4 miles away.

Further details
A small selection of shops and a pubs can be found in the nearby villages of Tregony & Mevagissy. Many other pubs/restaurants all within a 10 minute drive.
