From the kitchen the stairs lead to the lounge, there is a clearview woodburning stove, didigal TV and DVD player
off the lounge is a large bedroom with a 5ft bed and ensuite shower room, TV.
Bed linen and towels are included - guests must bring bed linen for the travel cot. Bed linen and towels are changed on changeover days, cleaning also on changeover days. There is always a supply of clean laundry left in the linen cupboard.

Kempley is a quiet village surrounded by pasture and woodland, good for walking and cycling. Much Marcle ( 2 miles) has a village shop two public houses serving good food. There are two ancient churches in Kempley St. Mary's dates back to Norman Time. In the spring wild daffodils grow in abundance. The Wye Valley & Forest of Dean (15miles). The historic towns of Ross on Wye, Ledbury and Newent are approx. 8 miles. Also the cathedral cities of Gloucester & Hereford. (20 miles).

About the Owner
Mr David and Mrs Lesley Corbett, both retired farmers, have a genuine love for the countryside, they ran a small farm in Worcestershire before retiring to Kempley, at the farm David had a Suckler Herd and alongside his farming he ran a very successful Livery Yard and Lesley ran excellent boarding kennels. There are 4 acres of land belonging to Brickyard Cottage where David keeps an assortment of ornamental ducks and bantams.

Kempley is a very friendly village, although very rural it is easily accessible from the M50 Motorway. Surrounded by woodland and beautiful countryside it is a lovely place to relax and enjoy. In the Spring wild daffodills are in abundance, it is truly spectacular.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The Coach House is close to the Historic towns of Ledbury, Ross on Wye, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Hereford. From the cottage there are lovely walks through woodland and pasture. 2.5 miles is Much Marcle the home of the famous Western Cider. The Steam Fair at Much Marcle is held every year in July - a Great day out for all. A visit to Hellens a must for those interested in history as are the Local Churches: St Marys an early 12th century building, and St Edwards Kempley. St Bartholomew's Church at Much Marcle all well worth a visit, not forgetting Gloucester and Hereford Cathedrals. Walkers and cyclists will enjoy Ross on Wye and Symonds Yat alongside the lovely Malvern Hill walks or indeed you can just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
