Mawgan Porth is close to Surfing Beaches, it's own and those in Newquay and Watergate Bay. There are 300 miles of coastal paths maintained by the National Trust, available to walk all year round. The Farm is at the end of a private drive surrounded in 27 acres of beautiful countryside making it a tranquil and relaxing holiday and yet a fun seaside holiday with Mawgan Porth beach just a 10-15 minute walk. Golf and fishing adjacent to the farm. Beautiful countryside and coastal walks direct from the farm. Watergate Bay 5 minutes drive (Jamie Olivers 'Fifteen Restaurant'). The bustling town of Newquay is 15 minutes drive and the old Cornish fishing town of Padstow 15 minute drive (Rick Steins famous seafood restaurant). Complex of 6 cottages.

Treyarnon is a spacious converted barn. The Main entrance is from the ground floor and leads to a large kitchen / diner, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a wetroom bathroom with walk in shower, bath, toilet and washbasin.
The cloakroom with washing machine has a staircase leading up to a large open beamed lounge with 32 inch Flatscreen TV/DVD and the Master treble bedroom (double and bed) with en-suite. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV/DVD and wall mounted hairdryer. The barn can accommodate 2 to 6 persons, ideal for 3 x couples or two families, if further space is needed you can also hire Daymer, an open plan Studio adjacent to Treyarnon. We can provide a travel cot and highchair free of charge. To the rear is a private fenced outdoor dining area with Valley views. Central heating and woodburner. No smoking. Families and couples only. Bed linen and provided. Check in 3pm, Check out 10am. 4 star gold.

A cosy retreat for two. It is an open plan studio cottage with small kitchen / diner, two armchairs, flatscreen TV / DVD, double bed, wall mounted hairdryer.
There is also a shower and toilet en-suite. Daymer has a private fenced outdoor dining area with countryside views. Daymer is ideal for a couple wishing to seek a quiet and romantic Cornish Holiday. Central heating. No smoking. Couples only. A cot and highchair can be provided at no extra cost.

We fell in love with Merlin Farm as soon as we set our eyes on it and the beautiful surrounding countryside. A place where truly everyone can feel relaxed and breathe in the fresh air, away from the stresses and noise of the city, and where children can get their wellies on and run free...
