Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival time is 2pm and
departure time by 10.30am in order to allow the lady to clean the bungalow.

Third bedroom twin beds, duvets, TV (this bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom).
Bathrooms: Main bath room, bath and shower.
Additional toilet and basin.
Provide 2 toilet rolls.
Kitchen: The kitchen-dining room, has an oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, radio/CD player, high chair, etc.
Utility Room: Fully equipped kitchen for 6 people.


Living Rooms: The large lounge has TV, Sky free channels, video, phone for incoming calls, bookcases with books. etc.
Other: The second bedroom, third bedroom, lounge and kitchen have beautiful mountain views.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The Bunglalow is cleaned for each arrival. A welcome tray is provided with coffee, tea and milk, also one bottle of washing up liquid, metal scourer, kitchen cloth, sponge, etc.
I do not provide linen and tea towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
The heating is included in the price. Not more than three children. Smokers allowed. Pets are not accepted.

Accessibility
The bunglaow is not suitable for people with mobility problems or wheelchairs as it is in an elevated position.

Outside
As there is a small pond in the front garden, children under five are not accepted.

The rear garden has patio with 4 chairs and table. Elevated terrace with bench and table.

Golf
Golf about 10 mins, walking, fishing.

Booking notes
An £80 deposit is required on booking with the remaining payment due one month before arrival. The keys and joining instructions will then be sent by recorded delivery.
