Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Short breaks are for 3 or 4 nights (Friday- Monday or Monday-Thursday) and are charged at a rate of 60% of the weekly fee. Short breaks are available between October and March excluding the school holidays.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, please vacate by 10am, arrival after 3pm please. Flexible outside of peak weeks.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is south facing and has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single divan beds. Bedroom 3 is a single room. All bedrooms have new beds, duvets and linen and reading lamps. |
| Bathrooms: | The compact new bathroom has a 'P'shape bath with thermostatic shower over and luxury tiling. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped fitted kitchen with solid oak doors, gas cooking, dishwasher, washer/dryer, french doors opening onto patio/barbecue area. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room boasts log burner (logs can be bought at the local shop), old pine table, french doors to rear courtyard and 2 sofas. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property will be thoroughly cleaned between clients. Bedlinen is included in the price but please bring your own towels. We live locally so any other requirements can be easily handled. |
Notes on accommodation
Centrally heated, ideal location for families with children (beach close), easy walk to pub and restaurants, good local walks including cliff top walk to Cromer. Great to come home to for a BBQ after a day on the beach or curl up in front of the log burner on cooler winter days. Please note there is no mobile phone coverage or internet access at the property.
Accessibility
Being an old cottage there are low ceilings a steep staircase and the bathroom is on the first floor, accordingly the property is not considered suitable for guests with a disability.
Outside
Sunny South facing front patio with furniture and BBQ area with French doors straight off the kitchen or a totally enclosed rear courtyard great for children or pets to play.
Coast/Beach
An unspoilt sandy beach is within a few hundred yards.
Golf
The award winning Royal Cromer Golf Club is within 1 mile, a little further away Mundesley and Sheringham also have Golf Courses.
Travel
The nearest airport is Norwich (17 miles) with regular flights from Amsterdam and regional airports within the UK. Although not essential a car is recommended to make the most of your stay (unrestricted on road parking is nearby).
Distances
Cromer 1½ mile, the beautiful Cathedral City of Norwich 17 Miles, Cromer Zoo (opening 2008), Muckleborough Collection, Shire Horse Centre, Dinosaur Park, North Norfolk Steam railway, Bure Valley steam railway, Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (NT), Sheringham Park (NT), seal colonies at Morston and Blakeney and the Norfolk Broads as well as unspoilt North Norfolk villages are all within easy reach.
