5 miles drive to 'Jurassic Coast' at Branscombe and Beer. Sidmouth 20 minutes. Lyme Regis 30 minutes. By Car.

Honiton 18 hole golf course 4 mins drive.

12 miles from Exeter airport. 3 miles from Honiton mainline station. 7 minutes from A303 and 25 minutes from M5.

4 miles to Honiton and 17 miles to Exeter.

Further details
The market town of Honiton is well equipped for day to day shopping and famous for its antique shops. Large new shopping centre in Exeter. Creley adventure centre 20 minutes away. Lyme Regis 30 minutes. Dartmoor 40 minutes. Plymouth aquarium 1 hour. Excellent walk and good pubs in surrounding area.

Booking notes
Book direct with owner. Tenancy agreement, deposit of £250 to secure booking. Full week/weeks rental payment 3 weeks prior to occupancy. Deposit of £250 will be returned within 4 weeks of tenants departure less telephone calls at normal rate and damages if any. Minimum stay 7 nights.
