A cosy home from home maintained to a high standard offering two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with generous size bunks, with cot side and travel cot, a sitting room with log fire and a dining area to seat six people (high chair provided), a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, cooker and hob, and a fitted bathroom with bath and shower. All rooms have carpets and are heated. There is a flat screen digital television with SKY+ and a DVD player in the sitting room, and a CD player, WiFi and telephone, and in the main bedroom there is a digital TV/DVD player. The comfy king size bed has an electric blanket for those wintry nights and the bunk room has a small television should children wish to bring their game console or a DVD player. A selection of books, games, DVD's and CDS are available for guest use. There is a small gated outside area perfect for sitting on the garden bench with a cup of tea (or glass of wine?!) and reading or enjoying the sunshine.

Notes on prices
Please note that changeover day is a Friday although for the purposes of this rate table it appears that the first date that the booking rate commences is a Saturday. A small extra charge of £5 per person is made for linen and towels should you require them. Wi-fi is £10 per week and a password will be needed from the owner. An honesty box is made available for your telephone calls. No extra charge is made for use of electricity so please use it considerately. If arrangements have been made to bring your dog (please contact the owner) a small £10 charge is made.

Location Information: Port Isaac is a picturesque unspoilt working fishing harbour, situated in a small cove between steep cliffs, on the north coast of Cornwall. The village has narrow alleys and streets of whitewashed cottages and the beach is safe for swimming, crabbing and rock pooling. There are traditional pubs selling local beers and good food, and several restaurants of good local reputation, as well as gift shops, a pottery, a fudge/ice cream shop, a Cornish pasty shop and an excellent fresh fish cellar, with a small aquarium run by the fishermen.You can relax on the beach and watch the fishermen bringing in their day's catch, or you may even like to join in with them singing their popular sea shanties on the beach on a summer's evening. For the more energetic, you may enjoy the many cliff top walks, taking in the beautiful rugged scenery. Local attractions include surfing at Polzeath, the calm waters of Daymer Bay, sailing at Rock, a ferry to Padstow, and Tintagel, Boscastle and the Eden Project.
