Highgate Village and arty Crouch End Broadway are also walking distance with their shops and restaurants. Children’s theatres are available at Lauderdale House in Highgate. Leicester Square is a 15 minutes tube journey on the Northern line. Kings Cross and the Eurostar is a 12 minute tube journey. This is a non smoking property.

| Living Rooms: | Double lounge containing 2 sofas, chair and open floor space for children to play. 40" flat screen TV, DVD and Cable TV. Wireless broadband internet. Lounge leads into beautiful open plan kitchen and dining room set under the conservatory windows. |

Towels and linen are changed weekly. The house is serviced weekly but the property should be left clean, else a cleaning charge will apply. |

Nearest airports are Heathrow and Luton. Car hire is not essential as the tube and bus links are excellent.

Convenience store 1 min. Express Supermarkets and high street 5 mins (both Archway and Highgate). Pub 3 mins. Tube (Northern Line 5 min). Bus stop 2 mins. Easy access to A1, A406 North Circular and then to M25. Close to Wembly via the A406. 10 min bus to Camden Town. 15 min Tube to Leicester Square.
Booking notes
50% deposit is required on booking with remainder due 4 weeks prior to occupation. A security deposit of £250 is required, which will be refunded after your stay.
