The house is in the village of Thurlestone which in the South Hams. It is 15 mins drive from Kingsbrdge which is an intertesting market town. It is 20 mins drive from Salcombe, a picturesque fishing town renowned for it's sailing and shopping. Totnes and Dartmouth are within easy reach.
