Booking notes
The rental runs from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival untill 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. A firm booking will be made on receipt of a 20% deposit of the total rental due. The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. In the event a booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date,the full amount will be due at the time of booking. Deposits are not refundable, however if we secure a replacement booking then a full refund will be given. Our insurance does not cover personal items.

Fab time had by all, loved the house, will return & the cakes over the road are a must. Master Lahert - Had a brilliant time body boarding, it was AMAZING Paige family from Devon What a cracking house, loved the New England feel. Its spacious, very relaxing and oh so comfortable. Great place for walks. The coastline is really beautiful and Watergate bay knocks Bondi Beach into a cocked hat!!Brilliant. McCormack Surrey, Beautiful spacious house, lovely hot showers & very comfy bed. Excellent location for wonderful beaches & pub. Attenborough Surrey, What a brilliant week. Beautiful house, fantastic weather & perfect company. The beaches & bays are just stunning.

I Live in Surrey,UK with my partner and daughter(when shes home from Uni). We both work full time,but took several months off last year to renovate this house.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I have been going to Cornwall for family holidays since I was about 8 years old,40 plus years later I still love it. Even at my age, I still enjoy the body boarding and my family think its the best holiday ever,maybe its the simplicity that children love,they never seem to get bored,which is a real plus.I hope that my future Grand children and guests will enjoy this house for many years to come.
