Notes on accommodation
Alma Terrace has full gas central heating making it a warm & cosy place to stay in the winter season. Plenty of space within the house for children, however there are two sets of stairs and no stair gate so please be careful.

Accessibility
We are very sorry but Alma Terrace is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
To the front of the property is a small courtyard area keeping you set back from the pavement. As the rear of the property is a lane providing a rear entrance and drying area.
Coast/Beach
Alma Terrace is situated 5 minutes walk from the harbour and no more than 10 minutes walk to several beautiful beaches of golden sand. The beaches at St Ives are some of the best in the world and are a big attraction to surfers.
Golf
Lelant Downs golf course is approximately 5 miles drive.
Special interest holidays
St Ives offers a fabulous choice of Art Galleries and Craft Shops together with the world famous Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum. A large selection of excellent restaurants at very reasonable prices will tempt you each evening.
Travel
Newquay airport is approximately 30 miles away - nearest port into the UK is Plymouth at approximately 80 miles away.
Distances
Penzance town is 15 minutes drive, here you can take the boat or a helicopter to the spectacular Isles of Scilly for the day. Lands End is a 30 minutes drive along the lovely coastal road. The city of Truro is 25 minutes drive and offers a great selection of shops.

St Ives has all the facilities you would need for a holiday and all on your doorstep - post office, banks, library (with free internet access), supermarkets, restaurants & bars.
There is a new and impressive leisure centre within 10 minutes walk of the property.
Booking notes
A deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking with the full balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. A damage deposit of £200 will be taken with the final payment and returned within two weeks of the exit date. Damages will be deducted accordingly and we would appreciate your honesty in this area.
