Located next door to the 4 Star Luxury Osborne Hotel and Heskeths Leisure Club where we have negotiated reduced rates for weekly membership of indoor heated swimming pool and gym. The property has its own private garage, providing secure parking for 1 vehicle. Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday. Guests are required to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure. The arrival time is after 4pm on Saturday afternoon. Flexible changeovers are available outside the season and any duration of stay considered.

Notes on accommodation
The property has been inspected by the English Tourist Board. It was placed in the 5 Star category for self catering accommodation as a result of the standards maintained and the luxury and fixtures and fittings within. As well as the many many extras not usually found within a property of this type. It was additionally featured in a May 2007 edition of the Sunday Telegraph Newspaper Property Section.

Accessibility
The property is located over 3 floors and we regret that therefore it may not be suitable for wheelchair users or the less mobile.

Decked courtyard with refreshing 4 person hot tub spa (available 8am to 10pm). Patio garden table, chairs and parasol. Gas BBQ. Stainless steel gas patio heater.
Other activities: Indoor heated swimming pool, steam room and gym at the 4 Star Osborne Hotel, adjacent to the property.

A small extra charge £25 per family of four per week gives temporary membership to the Hotel Leisure Club - A 10% discount is also available when dinning at the hotel or Brasserie from one of the finest vantage points over looking Torbay. A treat known to the few and not to be missed.

Coast/Beach
The property is situated 190 paces from the Blue Flag award winning Meadfoot Beach. A short walk into the town centre finds Torre Abbey Sands. South Devon has an abundance of superb beaches and places of interest. Blackpool Sands in the South Hams on the way to Dartmouth is my personal favourite but you and your family will soon discover your own or delight in the open spaces of Dartmoor or woodland walks all on your door step in Glorious South Devon.

Distances
The house is 180 yards from the Blue flag awarded Meadfoot Beach officially rated as one one of the countries cleanest. The town centre with the harbour, bars and cafes is about 800 yards down the hill.

Torquay capital of the English Riviera. A seaside family holiday destination for over a century. Torquay now offers an Excellent Holiday location. Fine dining in Michelin Star restaurants or National award winning Fish & Chip Shops. The Blue Flag Award winning Meadfoot Beach is literally a 2 minute stroll down the hill. Beaches bars and nightlife, cultural places of interest and heritage walks. Literally something for everyone all year round. The classic British seaside holiday!

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A £100 security and key holding deposit is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival to cover minor breakages/damage. This will be returned if the premises are left clean and in good order with no items missing/damaged. The balance is non refundable if the cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of the arrival date.
