Notes on accommodation
There is a fully integrated fire alarm sytem throughout the entire house, an internal intercom system and a full secutity alarm system.

Accessibility
The house is over 4 floors and so is not recommended for anyone with mobility problems. There are also no stair gates on the stairs for very young children.

South facing garden leading off the kitchen at the back of the house. Includes, trees, plants, flowerbeds, wooden framed swing, asto-turf 'grassed' area and large patio/eating/sitting area. Tables, sun-umbrellas and seats provided.

Mediterranean Terrace at second floor level. Olive trees and seating.

Travel
Airport transfer times 1-1.5 hours from all London Airports. The house is on the right side of the City for access to Luton, Stanstead and Heathrow Airports.

A car is not required. However, should you bring one the house is within a residential area containing a 2 hour parking restriction Monday-Friday. Parking vouchers are available at a minimal cost.

Public transport links are excellent making this an especially convenient location from which to explore London.

About the owner
We are a husband and wife team who while running our own professional businesses found the time 5 years ago to convert a local derelict building into a cafe and 3 apartments and found ourselves renting these out. We have so enjoyed serving our tenants that we have now decicded to share, on a short term basis, our beautiful family home. We love people to love our homes and we love making them feel comfortable.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The moment we opened the front door and saw the clarity, simplicity and light that this house holds there was simply no way back. We had wanted a spacious family home and fell in love with the high ceilings and the fact that there were rooms and rooms to spare. We are currently raising our family here while at times also working from home so the house is always busy and always full of people and life.
