Trevenna is a lovely large detached house which has been furnished to a very high standard. The property is located in a quiet lane in the historic village of Grampound. Grampound has a village shop and post office, and a pub which serves good food, both within a few mins’ walk. Grampound also has a playing field and children’s playground a few mins’ walk away. Wifi broadband access is available.

Changeover day
Changeover day is on a Saturday. We ask that guests leave by 10am on the day of departure and arrive no sooner than 4pm on the day of arrival.

En-suite to bedroom 1 is a luxury bathroom, with separate shower cubicle and WC. The second family bathroom with WC is also on the first floor. On the ground floor is a shower room with WC. |

Outside
The house is set in an elevated but very secluded and private position. The garden is south facing and has old Cornish walls and many trees, shrubs and climbers. The terrace is reached from the kitchen and sitting room through French windows.
Coast/Beach
It is approx. 10km to the nearest beach. Many beaches and coves are within 20 minutes, on both the north and south coasts.
Travel
The nearest airport is Newquay, about 25 minutes away. The nearest train station is Truro, about 15 minutes away. The nearest ports are Falmouth and Plymouth.
Distances
Being centrally located in Cornwall, you will easily be able to reach all of the local attractions including: The Eden project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lands End, the surfing beaches and the Roseland peninsula with its many small pretty beaches and coves. The cathedral town of Truro is 15 minutes away and has excellent shopping facilities.
Further details
Grampound has a pub selling good food and local beers. It also has a post office and village shop.

Reservations can be requested by e-mail or letter. Bookings are confirmed by email or letter, upon reciept of the completed booking form and the booking deposit. Please request a booking form to make a booking. Payments can be made using credit card, Paypal or cheque. Cheques must be cleared before the holiday start date. Full payment is required 8 weeks before holiday start date. The security deposit is payable before the holiday start date.
