Kensa Toll is situated at the end of a group of four cottages adjacent to the tennis courts and clubhouse facilities at Roserrow Golf and Country Club. It has exclusive membership to the leisure facilites, which consist of luxury 20 metre swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and fully equipped fitness suite along with discount off golf, tennis, beauty treatments, Greens Brasserie and 50% off surfing at Polzeath Beach. Kensa is only 1 mile to the famous Surfing Beach of Polzeath and has easy access to many coastal walks across Pentire, Daymer Bay and Rock. It is approximately 2 mile to Rock Beach and the ferry point, which takes you to Padstow and Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant. The Eden Project, Camel Trail and Bodmin Moor are all within easy travelling distance. Kensa Toll is ideal for families or couples who enjoy the peace and tranquillity of North Cornwall and is perfect for exploring the North Cornish Coast along with Surfing, Sailing and walking holidays.

Coast/Beach
Kensa Toll is just a 10 minute walk to Polzeath Beach, which is famous for Surfing. Polzeath is only 1 mile away by car. Rock Beach is approximately 2 miles by car and has safe bathing and watersports. Daymer Bay is approximately 2 miles by car and has rock pools and safe bathing for young children.

Golf
Kensa Toll is situated on Roserrow Golf and Country Club and is opposite the first tee. The golf course is designed by a former Ryder Club Player and is 72 par 18 holes situated in 400 acres of unspoilt countryside. The course is suitable for all abilities and has many club competitions and friendly matches. There is also a 14 bay covered driving range. No handicap required.

Travel
Newquay Airport is approximately 20 miles away and there is a link to Stansted.

Distances
Wadebridge is a thriving market town and only 6 miles away. There are local shops, restaurants and the Camel Trail where you can hire a bike to Padstow or Bodmin along the disused railway.
Rock is just a mile away and there are many local shops, Dennis Knight fishmonger, Barnecutt Bakers, Rock Butcher, Di's Dairy, Post Office, Doctors, Newsagents.

Further details
There is an informal Brasserie at Roserrow, which is very child friendly and is open throughout the day for your convenience serving snacks and 3 course evening meals.
There is a ferry from Rock to Padstow and Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant, and just 20 miles to Watergate Bay and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant alongside the Extreme Academy.
Many Seafood restaurants and bistros at Polzeath including the Waterfront a great favourite with views across Polzeath Beach.
Wadebridge is within easy access to all major banks.

Booking notes
Please call the owner with a 25% deposit along with a £25 booking fee. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to booking. £100 damage deposit must also be added and this is fully refundable when the house has been checked and cleaned.

Guest comments
We loved staying at Kensa Toll and had a wonderful time on Rock Beach.
A great holiday for the whole family, particularly liked the swimming pool and Surfing at Polzeath.
Played Golf every day and also played Tennis, which was next door to the house. The women were able to have pampering in the beauty rooms.
