Deposit of 1/3 when booking, balance due 4 weeks before holiday starts. Rates include heating, electricity, linen and towels. There are no extras of any kind. Cornish cream tea provided on arrival. Rates from £455 per week in the winter period to £765 per week in the peak season. Payment can be made directly into a UK Euro account.
