This split-level, well-appointed apartment, with gated entry, is on the second floor with views of the River Thames and historic Arsenal buildings. The first level consists of open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas, complete with hob/oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave & washer/dryer. The spacious and light living area has two leather sofas, armchair and an additional double sofa bed in separate nook. Digital TV, DVD player, IPod Dock, CD, DAB radio and WiFi internet. Off the entry hallway is a tiled,walk-in shower and WC with heated towel rail. A spiral staircase leads to two bedrooms, one with king bed and ensuite bathroom, the other with single beds. O2 Dome, London Attractions and City Airport minutes away by Thames Clipper, Rail or DLR/Tube. Parking space.

Notes on prices
*The rates quoted above are for the accommodation of up to five guests. Parties of up to 5 persons will be accommodated in the two bedrooms. There is an additional charge for use of the lounge sofa which must be arranged in advance of your arrival. *The sixth or seventh additional guest is charged at 150 GBP per week or 25 GBP per night each. *Towels, Bedding, Utilities & Customary Cleaning are included in these rates. Parking for one car is also included.
*Reductions for longer term rentals/lets and smaller parties may be possible.
*A fully refundable security deposit of 200 GBP is payable to cover any damages, breakages or excessive cleaning charges, and will be returned following the final cleaning and inventory.

| Bedrooms: | En suite bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables & lights, alarm clock, Corby trouser press, venetian mirrored dresser, a two seater sofa and hanging storage. Bedroom Two has three single beds (one is a fold up bed which is stowed if not required), beside table and light, alarm clock. There is a large chest of drawers with mirror, and hanging storage space. In the alcove of the lounge area there is a double sofa bed. Towels and bedding are provided and included in the price quoted for letting. Upon request there is also a travel cot and highchair available for use. Bedroom 1 : 1 Large Double Bed, Cot can be provided upon request. Bedroom 2 : 3 Single Bed, The third single in the second bedroom is a fold up bed. |

The Body Workshop--Massage and Complimentary Therapy is also located in the Concierge building. Wellington Park & the Thames are adjacent. The Firepower Museum and Cafe is just outside the Wellington Park gate and around the corner. You pass the historic Dial Arch Gastro Pub & Tesco's Express (grocery) on your way to the DLR/Rail Station or Woolwich Market (Berefords Square) & Shopping Precinct (Powis Street). Swimming Pool and Fitness Facilities are located at the Waterfront Leisure Centre adjacent to the Royal Arsenal site---approximately 10 minutes walk west along the Thames River from the apartment. The Woolwich Free Ferry to North Woolwich is just beyond. (You pass the Thames Clipper Royal Arsenal Pier on the way.) There is also a day use fitness gym next to Lidl supermarket just across from the Arsenal in the centre.
