My wife Ann and I our two cats (George and Tabby) and one rather mad West Highland Terrier (Suzie) live in Leeds and eek out a living teaching small children.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought High Hillways about three years ago because we both instantly fell in love with the house! I remember putting in an offer whilst walking up to view the property before I'd even set foot inside!
The property is set up a small very quite grassy lane and has a beautiful South facing aspect.
Unique benefits of the property
Since buying Hill Hillways we have renovated it to a high standard and tried to make it a true home from home. It has cosy rooms, log fires, a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom, broadband; lovely views and importantly is only a short walk from the pub!
Gunnerside is a beautiful village with wonderful views, a great bistro and is surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery the Yorkshire Dales has to offer.
