Rose Cottage is suitable for a family or couples looking for village location yet still has easy access to local amenities. With a 1/3 acre of beautiful gardens to retreat to, to avoid the hustle and bustle of the main towns. The cottage is situated in a small village which is 1½ miles from the village of Goldsithney. Here you will find local pubs, village store, Post office etc. Relubbus village is also a few minutes drive from the coastal resorts of St Ives, Marazion and Praa Sands. Where there are golden beaches, places to eat and drink, and wonderful unique gift shops. The cottage is comfortably furnished and decorated to a high standard. Many character features still remain such as sash windows, wooden beams and an inglenook fireplace with log burning stove. There is off road parking for two cars.

Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm and vacate by 10am.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users due to different floor levels throughout the property.
Outside
There is a 1/3 acre gardens around the property. Very private. There is both grass and patio areas with seating areas in sun or shade. On the patio area there is wooden garden furniture supplied for your use. There is also external lighting so you can use the garden late in to the night! There is a front garden and parking for 2 cars in the drive.
Coast/Beach
Marazion and Praa Sands are within 5 miles of the property and provide water sports area for surfing and sailing etc.
Travel
A car is recommended, although a bus does stop through the village and takes you to Penzance town.
Distances
Lots of family attractions are within a 10 mile radius of the property. Flambards, Paradise Park, St Ives Art Gallery are all easily accessible.
