Rennie House has been sympathetically refurbished combining Georgian period charm with contemporary comfort, style and safety. Seven elegant bedrooms provide flexible accommodation for groups of friends, families and corporate events. The dining room with mellow Bath stone walls and wood panelling, seats 14 comfortably around a huge dining table. The adjoining spacious kitchen is superbly equipped for enthusiastic cooks or just a great place for making a cup of late night cocoa. The south facing first floor sitting room with delightful views over Bath to the green hills beyond, is the perfect place to relax on big cosy sofas after a day sightseeing or shopping. There are three luxurious bathrooms, so no long waits for a bath. Two have huge double ended baths and big walk in showers, the third is a funky wet room with shower and WC. A utility room with washer/dryer and WC adds to the convenience of the house. The pretty courtyard garden is perfect for BBQ and summer drinks.

| Bedrooms: | All the bedrooms have their own individual character. On the top floor there are 3 cosy attic rooms: one is a single and two either two twins or one super king bed. The large bedroom on the second floor facing south has two twin or one super king bed and a comfortable 3ft wide day bed with a pocket sprung mattress. Next to the sitting room on the first floor with adjoining door, is a pretty single room which doubles as a second sitting room. There is a 3ft wide day bed with pocket sprung mattress, two chairs, a chest of drawers and full length built in hanging cupboard. The ground floor has two good sized bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or super kings doubles.

These splendid rooms are a strong added attraction to Rennie House. Many houses in Bath have tiny bathrooms added to the back of the house, but these are beautiful rooms to relax and luxuriate in comfort and style. Notes on accommodation
The house has five floors with many stairs. People with mobility difficulties can stay in two bedrooms on the ground floor, where the dining room, kitchen and a large bathroom are down one flight of stairs and the sitting room up two short flights. These rooms would be suitable for elderly people who can manage some stairs. Care needs to be taken with very small children on the many stairs. The steep stone steps to the garden are not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or very small children.

Location Information: Rennie House is a short level stroll from the centre of the World Heritage city of Bath, famous for Roman Baths, the Thermae Spa and glorious Georgian architecture. The Jane Austen Centre and other fascinating museums are no more than 10 minutes walk from the house. Bath is under two hours from central London and Heathrow Airport by train. Bristol airport only 50 minutes by car. Along with countless historical attractions, Bath has excellent restaurants, bars and clubs and amazing shopping at independently owned boutiques, galleries and vintage stores. The magical German Christmas market in late November and December is a must.
