Well equipped modern Holiday Home, sleeping 8 adults over 3 storeys. The open plan living area is spacious and the dining area overlooks the sea. A well equipped kitchen and utility area is adjoining this. The dining area opens onto the garden in which benches, table and chairs are set out to enjoy a BBQ (provided) and relax with the view. The top bedroom has an ensuite shower room and has similar spectacular views. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor with the family bathroom. Dogs are welcome on application. All bed linen is provided, however towels are not. The house is within easy walking distance of the Golf Club, a pub, shop and several good restaurants. The beach is accessed over the dunes within 1 minute and is ideal for dogs and children. North Norfolk has many nearby attractions such as Bird Watching, Seal Watching, and historic houses such as Sandringham and Holkham.

Literally 1 minute from walking out of the back door down over the dunes you will be on the enormous and wide Hunstanton Beach. Even on the busiest of days the space is huge and provides a great place to walk with your thoughts or your loved ones!

La Hat is 3 mins (slow) walk from Hunstanton Golf Course.
Special interest holidays
North Norfolk has many activities including fantastic bird watching, great nature walks, Norfolk churches, ancesteral homes such as Sandringham and Holkom and a plethora of markets and wonderful produce to buy and cook.
Travel
Stansted Airport is 1.5hrs drive.
Kings Lynn is the nearest Train station - 45mins from Cambridge

About the owner
Hello and welcome! Our family have always loved coming to Norfolk. We have spent many happy holidays enjoying both glorious summer days and blustery windswept winter weekends on the beach We have recently refurbished our much loved second home in Old Hunstanton and had great fun in doing it, the house now has all mod cons. This property is not only deceptively spacious but has great views over the coast. We live in Bedford so within 2 hours we can be at the house. It is a world away from everyday life and a real stress buster! We love the area because we are in close proximity to Burnham Market, Holkham, and many other lovely villages.We enjoy eating out and have been very impressed with not only the wide choice but also the excellent standard of the pubs and restaurants in the area.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought a property in North Norfolk because so many of our happiest memories stem from here. A place with huge expanses of stunning beaches; pretty Norfolk villages with cottages build in flint and brick; the market towns of Holt and Burnham Market with their boutique shops; the farm shops and artisan producers and a mass of fabulous places to eat. We had spent enough time in Norfolk to know that it is just as special in the snow, the wind, or a spectacular thunderstorm as it is on a hot balmy day – you just need to you just need to be prepared for all eventualities (including sunbathing on the beach at Easter in 2011!).The pace of life is slower here which means we come away feeling relaxed and more refreshed.
Unique benefits of the property
Golf course road is a private road and therefore very quiet the house is only yards from the beach and yet within easy walking distance to restaurants, Inns etc.
