"The Cabin" provides the perfect cosy getaway just for couples with extremely comfortable & fully equipped open plan self contained accommodation, own garden & parking. "Little Northcott House" provides luxurious living for up to 8 people, large enclosed gardens, raised patio area with hot-tub. The Cabin & Little Northcott are set next door to one another (but with separate entrances) so available to book together for groups of up to 10, or separately for 8 & . Lower Northcott Farmhouse is about 800 metres away, perfect for family and group get-togethers, has sprawling gardens, 9 bedrooms spread across 2 floors, 2 lounges, a snug, games room, large dining table for feasts

A 4 bedroomed Rural Retreat providing spacious living accommodation for up to 8 people with room for 2 cots. It offers parking for 2 x cars at the front of the property with a garden path leading up to the front door from where the lovely countryside & coastal views can first be experienced. Enter the house into the hallway you have your lounge and dining room to either side and stairs leading up to the master double bedroom with en-suite plus twin bedroom. Downstairs there is a further twin bedroom, luxury family bathroom (with whirl pool bath), fully equipped kitchen, utility room plus another double en-suite set at the rear of the house which is perfect for Gran and Grandad or those wishing to retire early when the party games start! The house is surrounded by gardens, has a patio area with gas bbq and patio table with a small selection of children's toys also provided. |

Rural farm location from at Northcott (4 miles from Court Farm facilities) from which guests can walk to the local beach of Northcott Mouth in under 20 minutes. Large fully equipped kitchen leads through to dining room with table to seat all, woodburner; 2 large lounges (1 also with woodburner) with comfy leather sofas, widescreen TVs, Sky & DVD/VCR, games room, sprawling gardens plus raised patio area with picnic tables & gas BBQ. Southpark (Hot-Tub)

Southpark is an immaculate & spacious modern holiday bungalow, set on its own in a quiet part of the village of Marhamchurch. Providing spacious living for 6 people, the large lounge has leather sofas adjoins the dining room with large oak dining table & the separate kitchen which overlooks the garden, has a slate floor and patio doors that lead directly onto the raised and enclosed patio area with countryside views, steps lead down to the large garden with private hot-tub. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms with 5 foot oak beds, (one is en-suite and has flat screen TV) and a twin room and a separate bathroom with bath-over shower plus shower cubicle. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in Southpark for a small charge of £20 / dog and we ask that owners bring their own dog basket or cage. |

Notes on accommodation
The cabin & Little Northcott were completely reburbished during June/July 2012 with everthing installed brand new. The Cabin has electric instant heaters the house & Farmhouse both have central heating. All have quality, fully fitted & equipped kitchens complete with microwave, electric ovens, hobs, dishwasher & washing machines. Bedlinen included. Towel hire available at £3 per set. Free Wireless Broadband connection Large Digital LCD Flatscreen TVs in Lounge areas (32' TV also available in Little Northcott's Dining room) with Freeview & DVD players ,ipod docking FM/DAB Ratio Units. Utility bills included. Black-out blinds in most bedrooms. Cots, highchairs, booster seats, bed-guards, fireguards, additional stairgates also available by prior arrangement.
Southpark has open plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen leading out to the raised decking to enjoy countryside views and walk down steps to its bubbling hot-tub. Please view our website for full details/more images..
Accessibility
All properties are access friendly either through front or side doors and ramps can be arranged to go over raised door thresholds ... all have living and sleeping / bathroom areas all on the ground floor.
Outside
Each property has its own Large enclosed garden(s) - safe for children & pets. Luxury BBQs are available Easter-September, a small selection of children's outdoor toys.... Little Northcott House & Southpark have their very own 6 x berth outdoor hot-tubs!
Guests can walk to the local beach at Northcott Mouth/Coastal Path in 15-20 minutes along our private farm lane and explore further along the coast path either into Bude or towards Sandymouth by foot.
Southpark is located in a quiet location in the village of Marhamchurch, which has lots of lovely walks accessible from the front door, the most popular being out of the village, via a lane opposite and along the canal into bude or along farmland to the beach of widemouth bay (30 mins walk at adult pace)
Coast/Beach
From Northcott properties its a 0.5 mile walk along private farm lane (last 800 yards on quiet road) to Northcott Mouth Beach.
From Southpark - 30 - 40 mins walk along farmland/canal path - recommend jumping in car and will be at Widemouth Bay or one of the Bude beaches in 10 minutes ....
Golf
2 miles from Bude's 18 hole golf course.
Special interest holidays
Group or one to one Yoga Sessions available locally or in-house.

Travel
From the M5, head towards Okehampton and take the A3072 to Bude ... from there see owners website for directions ....

Staying at Northcott provides easy access (1 mile) onto the A39 and within 20 minutes South you can reach the pretty fishing village of Boscastle, explore King Arthur’s medieval castle at Tintagel, onto Padstow & The Eden Project is within the hour.

Have had a great week here at the Cabin. Loved being able to walk to Northcott Mouth Bay - is stunning in the evening for a walk especially. Court Farm Holidays is very much a family business. Open all year round, we work as a team in providing top quality holiday accommodation for all ages and varying tastes, either for a week's holiday or shorter breaks.
As parents ourselves we now understand the joys and stresses of babies and toddlers which has brought our focus on needs of both the toddler and parents.
Located just 2 miles north of Bude, all 18 properties are beautifully decorated and furnished with a fresh spacious feel, ensuring maximum comfort, are fully equipped and have access to a full range of shared facilities 5 miles away including an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, games room and a lush meadow with grazing alpacas, kune kune pigs, chickens.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have farmed Lower Northcott since 1958 when our Grandfather bought it.
Guests have been welcomed at the Farmhouse since 1970 when it was run as a B&B by our Uncle & Aunt - and let out as a large house for the last 10 years...
Little Northcott & The Cabin were bought in June this year and completely refurbished to emphasise all that they have to offer.

Guests staying at Northcott Farm can enjoy spacious living with own enclosed gardens with countryside onto coast views beyond and walk to the local beach of Northcott Mouth in under 10-20 mins depending on pace!
From there you can pick up the coastal path and walk into Bude in a further 15 mins or North to Sandymouth along the cliff land and at low tide back along the beach making it a great circular walk.
As an extra bonus guests can also drive up to Court Farm Marhamchurch and use the heated swimming pool (during the middle of the day when it is quiet) & other facilities, including tennis court, games room, fitness room & childrens play area.
