Beach Lodge, Oceanview & Hartland View are part of Hartland House Apartments which are in one of the best locations in Woolacombe, just across the road from Woolacombes famous 3 miles of sandy beach with stunning views of the beach and sea from all 3 properties. As soon as you enter any one of these properties you know you have chosen the perfect place to stay for a beach life holiday. We are sorry but dogs are not allowed in any of our properties due to the terms of our lease.

Notes on prices
Above prices are for the 3 bedroom option on Oceanview and Beach Lodge, if you require 2 bedrooms only then please contact us for the price and any further information.
Hartland View is a 2 bedroom property but if you need to sleep more than 4 people there is a sofa bed in the lounge which if required is charged at an extra £45 per week to sleep up to 6 people.
Short breaks are only taken out of season and are subject to availability, please contact us for further information and prices.

Changeover day
Oceanview is a Friday changeover. Hartland View and Beach Lodge are both a Saturday changeover. Arrival time is from 3pm and departure time is before 10am on all 3 properties. Changeover days are flexible out of season.

Oceanview is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom en-suite has a king size bed and tv and looks out onto the beach and sea, what better way to start your day with a nice cup of tea and enjoy the view. The double bedroom en-suite is at the back of the apartment and is locked when taken as the 2 bedroom option. The bunk bedroom also looks out over the beach and sea. There is a large family bathroom with white modern suite which includes, bath and shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. The open plan living, dining and kitchen have been tastefully furnished with every convenience including wi-fi, dvd, cd, flat screen t.v and play station 2. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, toaster and much more. There is a lovely outdoor communal area for guests use only, perfect place to relax with loungers, chairs and tables and also looks out onto the beach and sea.

Beach Lodge is a 3 bedroom seafront house. The master bedroom en-suite is upstairs with lovely views of the sea and has a wall mounted TV. The twin bedroom en-suite is downstairs and has a wall mounted TV. The double bedroom en-suite is downstairs. Upstairs is the open plan main living, dining and kitchen making the most of the amazing views. From this room you can walk out on to either of the 2 balconies which have tables and chairs for you to relax on and both have lovely views of the beach and sea. There is wi-fi, flat screen t.v, DVD, CD and playstation 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, toaster, crockery and lots more. There is a toilet upstairs with a wash hand basin. The large garage has parking for 1 car and is large enough to store all your beach items including surf boards. From here there is a separate utility room with a washing machine, separate dryer and sink.

Hartland View is a lovely seafront location apartment, next door to Oceanview and sleeps 4/6 with sofabed in lounge, if sofa bed required there is an extra cost of £45. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and t.v. There is a view over the national trust land, village and the beach and sea from this bedroom. The bunk bedroom is at the back of the apartment so nice and quiet for the little ones to sleep. A toy box and toys, high chair and travel cot are also in the bunk bedroom. The modern family bathroom has a white suite and a shower over the bath. The lovely open plan lounge, dining and kitchen all look out to the beach and sea and from the lounge/dining you can see out on to the private outdoor communal area where you can enjoy a relaxing day on one of the sun loungers provided for guests use only while taking in the stunning 3 mile stretch of golden sandy beach. The lounge has a t.v, dvd, play station 2, wi-fi and lots of books, dvd's and games for your enjoyment.

 

Notes on accommodation
Beach Lodge, Oceanview & Hartland View provide bedlinen and towels which includes 1 bath towel and hand towel per person. You will need to bring your own beach towels if required. Wi-Fi is available in all 3 properties. A travel cot, high chair and clothes airer are provided in all 3 properties. There is parking for 1 car only for each property but if you need an extra space we will do our best to accommodate. Accessibility
Hartland View and Oceanview are on the first floor of Hartland House so there are a few stairs to climb. Once in the apartments you are on one level.
Beach Lodge is a house and although there are 2 en-suite bedrooms downstairs the master bedroom, main living, dining and kitchen area are upstairs.

Outside
There is a lovely communal area overlooking the beach and sea with a large table and chairs for dining "alfresco". A surf board store and mini beach hut for putting your beach items in for the guests of Oceanview and sunloungers to while away the day if you prefer not to visit the beach. Hartland View has a mini beach hut for storing your beach items in and has full use of the lovely outdoor communal area. Beach Lodge has 2 balconies with a table and 4 chairs on each balcony, both look out to the beach and sea. Beach Lodge also has full use of the communal area.

Coast/Beach
Main sandy beach of Woolacombe is just across the road.
Barricane Beach is a shell beach and is a short stroll away.
Combesgate Beach is also a short stroll away.
Rockham Beach can be accessed from the coastal path and well worth the walk as the views are stunning along the way.

Golf
Saunton Sands 15 minutes drive.
Willingcott and Ilfracombe 10 minutes drive.

25% deposit is needed to confirm a booking. Balance is payable 2 months prior to the start date of the holiday. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

We have been to Woolacombe many times but this is the best property we have stayed in.

The views are stunning and we don't want to go home.

About the owner
We have been holidaying here in lovely Woolacombe for over 27 years and bought our first apartment "Oceanview" in 2007 which has stunning views of the beach and sea. We then decided as our young family had grown up and were leading their own lives it was time for us to make a permanent move to Woolacombe which we did in 2009. We purchased the Beach Lodge in 2010 which is a lovely seafront house and perfect for those special family holidays. Hartland View available for 2013. We have had so many wonderful holidays here and very special memories that we wanted other people to share the beautiful scenery that North Devon has to offer which is why we started Woolacombe Beach Holidays. Our aim is to make your holiday a special one that you will remember, full of lovely memories and happy time

Why the owner chose property in this location
We bought Oceanview and Beach Lodge because we love the area and the location of our 2 properties is second to none. The 3 mile stretch of sandy beach is across the road and the Tourist Information Centre is next door. Hartland View available 2013. My husband I live here in Woolacombe so if you need anything while you are here we are only too happy to help. Woolacombe is a lovely friendly village where families and couples can come and enjoy a beach life holiday with lovely coastal walks and beautiful surrounding areas. The village has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, post office, newsagent, bank to name but a few. We feel very lucky to live here and hope you will feel the same while you are here on holiday and hopefully return as many of our guests do year after yea

Unique benefits of the property
Hartland View, Oceanview and Beach Lodge are perfect for a family or couples who want to enjoy beach life. The main beach is manned by life guards during the main season and is perfect for swimming, surfing and body boarding. The stunning coastal walks are on your doorstep so need to get the car out. After a day out walking, exploring, visiting our lovely area or on the beach it's nice to come back to the comfort of a home from home so that you can relax and enjoy watching the sun set over Lundy Island while sitting out in the communal area or on one of the balconies on Beach Lodge. A stroll along the waters edge first thing in the morning or at the end of the day is a must.
