It has an open fire in the living room, parking for 4 cars and a large private rear garden. Westwood provides an ideal base for all types of holiday, either a peaceful relaxing break, or a more active holiday. Another plus for this property is its location. There is always plenty to do, come rain or shine. The list of activities close by is endless. Yachting, windsurfing, sea fishing, golf, horse riding, walking, cycling, health club providing sauna, Jacuzzi and tanning facilities, pubs, restaurants, clubs, shops, parks, amusements, Somerset World (Butlins), steam railway, fetes, shows and annual events such as the Dunster show, raft race and Watchet carnival weekend, theme parks and lots more. It is also a perfect base for exploring Exmoor National Park.

10% discount on all 2 week bookings. 25% reduction for short term bookings i.e three/four nights. Weekend or mid week break bookings must be for a minimum three nights, i.e Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. Supplement charge of £10 per pet.
Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday. Visitors should depart by 10:00am and new guest should arrive after 3:00pm.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is suitable for families and larger groups (i.e. 2 families), please check conditions if booking as a group. This is our second year of letting this property and have invested in several upgrades during this time. Last year we updated the accommodation to include an en-suite in the front bedroom and converted a bedroom into a family bathroom. This year we have added another en-suite to the rear bedroom on the first floor. Our aim is to continually improve the accomodation provided.
Outside
There is a large private garden to the rear with facilities for a barbecue. It has a large patio table which can seat 8-10 people.
Coast/Beach
Minehead is one of the larger seaside towns in Somerset, and famed for its holiday camps and tourist facilities. Just a minute or 2 walk away is the long sandy beach, ideal for the summer months. As you would expect for a holiday town, there's plenty of parking, and lots of shops to cater for all your holiday needs.
Golf
Minehead and West Somerset golf club is situated about 5 mins from the property. It is an excellent links course with parkland features.
Travel
Minehead's nearest airports are Exeter or Bristol. Both are about an hour away. Vistors by train can get to Minehead via Taunton mainline station.

Deposit of 30% required when making a booking*. The balance of payment due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday or immediately if a late booking within the 8 weeks. Fully refundable security deposit to be paid on arrival. Cancellation refunds if a re-let is made on the week/weeks that have been cancelled:
Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks 50%.
2-4 weeks 25%.
*The cancellation/deposit refund depend on whether or not we are we are able to re-let the holiday period.
