Available from August 2011, The Hayloft is on the first floor of a large detached barn and is the only holiday accommodation at the farm. Situated in a very quiet, rural setting this stunning one bedroom rustic barn conversion has a separate double bedroom, bathroom and enormous studio room with vaulted ceilings, rustic pine kitchen, seating area and excellent views. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool (shared with owner) and access to a walled garden. Many footpaths lead away from this quiet valley and there are walks on the farmland extending to 20 acres which includes a wood and downland. Though no longer a working farm there are chickens in the yard and frequently cattle or sheep on the land. The 10 X 5 meter heated swimming pool is situated within the gardens and has stunning uninterrupted views down the valley. The studio room is 11x 5 meters and has a rustic old pine kitchen, butlers sink,pine table, large wood- burning stove and all modern conveniences.

Location Information: This quiet valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is located between Dorchester and Weymouth and therefore within easy reach of shops, restaurants museums and the numerous seaside activities available in and around Weymouth. The Abbotsbury Swannery and gardens are within easy reach as are many footpaths leading to the coast as well as the many remote beaches reached situated along the famous Jurassic Coastline which is a World Heritage Site. The Barn is in the old farmyard and reached down a private road and therefore well away from traffic.
